Li Xingzhen was born in Mu Danjiang,Hei Longjiang Province in 1960 and was graduated from Dongbei Normal University with a Tertiary education.He is now the chairman of the Youth Palace in Mu Danjiang and have a title of Deputy High on Art.He is now the director of the Oil painting department of Mu Danjiang Art Association. Awarded an excellent prize with the oil painting "Gentle Breeze Passing Through the Forest”in the“Flying Hopes—National Exhibition of art teachers" which was held by China Artist Association at Beijing Century Forum in 2003 and the work was also selected and published on the Chinese Art Education.In 2004,the Oil painting These participated in the 10th Province art exhibition and was awarded the excellent prize.In 2005,the oil painting“Bistro”participated in the Province's art exhibition of celebrating the 60th anniversary and got an excellent prize.The oil painting “The scene of Weihu Mountain”and other two works participate in the 2nd International Visual Art Festival which was held in Russia and was awarded an excellent prize in 2006. In 2007,the oil painting series of “Lotus”took part in the 2nd International Art Fair in Hei Longjiang Province.In 2008, the oil painting“The autumn of Yangmu Gang”series participate in the 4th International Art Fair in Shanghai and three of them were collected by the TaiGu Gallery.The oil painting“Funny Dance”participated in the 11th Province's art exhibition and was awarded the Bronze Prize and was selected as one of the 18 works which were chosen to participate in the 11th National Art Exhibition, and this work also participate in the 11th Province's Stars' award and was awarded a Silver Prize the same year
